For the purposes of this -Notice of Privacy-, KIMBERLY DAWN DAVIN-DEGRAFF as the owner of DaleGO is responsible for the protection and treatment of your personal information, who can be contacted through the email address info@dalego.mx and located at Calle 20 number 96 by 18, Itzimna, 97100.
The manner in which your information will be treated by DaleGO, as well as the purpose for which it was collected, will be established in accordance with articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (the "Law").
DaleGO respects your right to privacy and protection of personal information, sensitive personal information, including your financial or patrimonial data, which are protected under the Law. The database where your information is recorded is the responsibility of DaleGO, and your information is properly protected according to the administrative, technical, and physical security provisions established in the relevant law, to protect it from possible damage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.
In the case of being a minor, the supervision of the parent or guardian is required when sending personal information; and we are not responsible in case of non-compliance with the above.
PURPOSE
The information requested by DaleGO is for commercial purposes and may be used, among others but not limited to: (i) account registration, (ii) analysis of products and/or services of interest in your locality, (iii) hiring/ offering of products and/or services, (iv) issuing invoices, (v) notifying you of new products or services that may be of interest related to the contracted service, (vi) offering you products and services, whether physically, by phone, electronically or by any other technology or means that is available to DaleGO, and/or (vii) any other action that is necessary to fulfill DaleGO's interests regarding the agreement reached with the Information Holder.
The information collected is as follows:
Name of the Information Holder, cell phone number, email, banking information in case of payment via payment gateway, billing account number, location at the time of using the mobile application.
Your personal data and customer history will be used by DaleGO and will be recorded in our database, as well as any other personal, sensitive, or any other type of information, provided that it complies with what is established in the Law and its Regulations regarding each type of information. This information may be used by DaleGO for any of the described purposes.
DaleGO uses STRIPE as its payment platform, and the banking information obtained from our users will be handled in accordance with the data use policy in effect on their website at https://stripe.com/en-mx/privacy
SENSITIVE INFORMATION
The Data Holder acknowledges and accepts that due to his/her relationship with DaleGO, he/she has not provided, nor will he/she have to provide "sensitive personal information," meaning those intimate personal information whose due or undue realization may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for him/her. In the event that the Information Holder provides sensitive data, he/she must agree to provide it beforehand and leave DaleGO free from any complaint or claim.
LOCATION INFORMATION DISCLOSURE NOTICE
When you use a location-enabled service, we will provide you with a notice at the time of collecting and processing information about your actual location, such as through GPS signals sent by a mobile device. We will also use various technologies to detect location, such as data from your device's sensor, which can, for example, provide information about Wi-Fi access points, and mobile network towers. In general, you can disable the sending of your location through your device settings, and we will inform you when we make use of location information. We undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties, other than those mentioned above, without your prior consent, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and to carry out this transfer in accordance with that Law.
USE OF COOKIES
We inform you that in our mobile application DaleGO we use cookies and web beacons through which it is possible to monitor your behavior as an Internet user, to provide you with a better service and experience. Cookies and similar devices: we use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit our websites or use our applications, and this will include sending one or more cookies or similar devices to the device. The personal data that we may obtain from these technologies are the browser you use, server name, IP address, date, time, internet browsing time and sections consulted, and application download platform, while you are in our mobile application. These technologies may be disabled through your internet browser by configuring the privacy section to not allow the use of cookies from the site you visit, this procedure may vary depending on the internet browser you use. We remind you that the use of these technologies on our platform is for the purpose of providing you with a better experience when using our platform and at the time of use.
REQUEST TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS
The Data Owner may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, regarding the personal data that concerns him or her, as well as request the revocation of his or her consent, by sending a request to DaleGO through the email info@dalego.mx with their full name and address or any other data or document that allows for their identification, including a legal document that accredits the ownership, as well as the object of the request and/or procedure to be carried out. If the person presenting the request is the father, mother, or guardian of the owner of the personal data, he or she must be accompanied by the birth certificate of the minor and/or legal document that accredits the guardianship (only applicable to the Guardian). The official identifications accepted by DaleGO and according to the Law are; a valid Passport, Voter ID, professional ID issued by the SEP (with photo), National Military Service Card, and valid migration document issued by the competent authority (for foreigners). And the response time is twenty (20) business days.
MODIFICATION
In the event that any modification is required to the provisions of this Privacy Notice, DaleGO is obliged to make known any changes that may be required, by any means, including electronic ones, prior notice given to you so that you may express yourself in accordance with your rights, as no written and express negative response or any response at all, will be understood to mean that you accept the changes made in accordance.
DATA TRANSFER
DaleGO will only transfer its data to comply with official regulatory provisions and/or respond to properly founded and motivated information requests issued by competent authorities.
INFORMATION HOLDER'S CONSENT
The Information Holder acknowledges and accepts that by having this "Privacy Notice" available through one of DaleGO's electronic platforms (website, internet page, mobile application, or similar) on any electronic device, by clicking on "accept" or in any other way by continuing to navigate the site, or by providing their Data through the same or through any electronic means (email, etc.), constitutes a manifestation of their consent for DaleGO to carry out the processing of their Data, in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
NOTIFICATION OF NOTICE CHANGES
DaleGO changes this privacy notice and said changes will appear within its mobile application platform.
